At Winona Finland, we started our journey in early 2023, and driven by our successful journey, we are now looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our core team at Winona Finland. You will take ownership for senior-level search processes, acting as a trusted strategic advisor to our clients and a valued partner to candidates. We are looking for an ambitious professional with a commercial mindset and eagerness to lead assignments from start to finish. We offer you an independent and impactful role, backed by the full support of a collaborative team. The position is permanent and full-time, and our office is located in Keilaniemi.

We are looking for
A person who thrives on building strong relationships with clients, candidates, and colleagues. You are proactive and structured, with the ability to drive recruitment processes independently. You know how to balance realistic planning with smooth execution, and you naturally enjoy working as part of a team.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in driving candidate sourcing and leading client projects in recruitment, executive search, or headhunting

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong business acumen, understanding of the commercial side of consulting, and ability to act as a trusted partner to both clients and candidates

• Driven, proactive and goal-oriented mindset

• Fluent Finnish skills and good spoken and written English
