Head of Partnerships to Curoflow
About Curoflow
Curoflow is building the operating system for European private healthcare. Our platform gives SME clinics everything they need to run their practice — from digital patient intake and video consultations to EHR, e-prescriptions, lab integrations, and AI-powered clinical support — in a single, CE-marked, GDPR-compliant solution.
We are 25 people today, operating customers across 9 geographic markets and we are getting ready to scale to ~70 employees across 5 core markets — and beyond — within ~18 months.
We Are Hiring Across the Organisation
This job ad is one of many we are releasing simultaneously. We are building multiple teams in parallel — product, engineering, commercial, operations, and leadership — as we enter the most defining chapter in our company’s history.
While we are publishing these roles now (May 2026), we expect most hires for this wave to begin working between September and November 2026. We will take the time we need to find the right person for each role. We would rather wait for the right fit than rush to fill a seat.
What Kind of Person We Are Looking For
Let’s keep it simple. Curoflow is a start-up that will be having growth pains — with everything that entails. You will be judged first and foremost by your character. If you are applying for this job thinking it is just any other job, you would be wrong.
We will demand a growth mindset and someone who is deeply committed to our goals. You will be compensated accordingly, but we must stress that we are looking for the type of person whose motivation primarily comes from earning stock options and being part of building a great company.
In return you will get that rare, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that can mark a lifelong memory of what you were part of building.
The Role: Head of Partnerships
Curoflow’s growth strategy relies on three channels: inbound, self-service, and partnerships. You will own the third — and it is projected to grow from 10% to 24% of our total pipeline by 2030.
As Head of Partnerships, you will build Curoflow’s partnership strategy and execution from the ground up. This means identifying, negotiating, and closing deals with EHR consultants, healthcare associations, integration partners, and distribution partners across multiple European markets.
This is a hands-on leadership role — and we mean it. You will not manage a team from a distance. For the first 12+ months, you ARE the partnerships team. You will personally identify targets, make the calls, run the meetings, negotiate the terms, and close the deals. You will build the model by doing it yourself, and then scale it with the Partner Enablement Coordinator and Partner Managers who join after you. If you see 'Head of' and think 'strategy and delegation', this is not the right role. If you see it and think 'I get to build this from zero with my own hands', keep reading.
You report to the CRO and work closely with the CEO, CMO and Country Managers.
What You’ll Do
First 6–12 Months
• Develop and present the partnership strategy and target list within 60 days of starting
• Personally identify, approach, and close your first 3–5 large strategic partnerships: EHR consultants, healthcare associations, and integration partners
• Build the partnership operating model: deal structures, partner onboarding, co-marketing frameworks, and revenue-sharing models
• Work with the Partner Enablement & Ops Coordinator to create partner toolkits, training materials, and enablement programmes
• Coordinate with Country Managers to identify and activate market-specific partners
• Set up partner pipeline tracking in HubSpot and establish reporting cadence with the board
As We Scale (12–24 Months)
• Grow partner-sourced leads to 15%+ of total pipeline by H1 2028
• Close at least one white-label or co-branded deal with a major healthcare player
• Build and lead the partnerships team
• Scale partnership revenue contribution to 10+ MSEK contracted ARR by 2028
• Expand partnership programme to new markets
Who You Are
• 7+ years in partnerships, business development, or channel sales, with at least 3 years building a partnership function in a SaaS or platform company
• Proven track record of closing strategic partnerships that generated measurable revenue — not just logos on a partner page
• Hands-on: you have personally negotiated and closed partnership deals, not just managed a team that did
• Experience working across European markets with understanding of how partnership dynamics differ by country
• Commercial mindset: you think in terms of pipeline contribution and revenue, not just relationship building
• Strong communicator and negotiator; comfortable in boardrooms and at trade shows alike
• Fluent English; Swedish or another Scandinavian language is a plus
Preferably
• Background in healthtech, medtech, or healthcare SaaS — you have existing relationships with EHR vendors, healthcare associations, or digital health players
• Experience with distribution, reseller, or white-label partnership models
• Network in the Nordic and European healthcare ecosystem that you can activate immediately
Why This Role Matters
Partnerships are how Curoflow reaches clinics we could never reach through marketing alone. The right partners will recommend Curoflow to thousands of clinics. You are the person who makes that happen.
What We Offer
• A seat at the leadership table from day one — direct involvement in shaping how Curoflow scales across Europe
• The rare opportunity to join a company at its most pivotal moment, where your work has outsized impact
• A product and mission that genuinely matters — we are making healthcare more accessible across Europe
• Equity participation (stock options) post probation period, reflecting the strategic importance of every hire we make
• A collaborative, low-ego culture where people care deeply about what they’re building
• Expected start date: September–November 2026
