The role
To crush it in this role, you need to live and breathe the intersection of user behavior, data, and MarTech. We aren’t looking for a task-taker; we need a builder. You’ll own our internal marketing engine, building the high-performance backbone that turns initial interest into long-term commitment.
Your mission is to own and optimize automated customer and partner journeys across email, push, and in-app, while establishing a structured testing cadence to drive conversion and ROI. You will act as our analytics backbone, building the dashboards and attribution models needed to connect lifecycle performance to real marketplace outcomes.
What you’ll do
Own and improve lifecycle marketing: Build and optimize automated customer and partner journeys across email, push, and in-app. You’ll develop the logic for acquisition, activation, retention, and churn prevention while ensuring best practices in segmentation, personalization, and deliverability.
Drive performance through experimentation: Establish a structured testing cadence by running A/B tests across messaging and flows. Your goal is to turn behavioral insights into continuous improvements in conversion, engagement, and ROI.
Be the marketing analytics backbone: Track funnel metrics and build intuitive dashboards that the team can actually use. You’ll collaborate with product and tech teams to ensure clean data flow and develop tools for real-time campaign monitoring.
Master attribution and measurement: Improve our understanding of traffic and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV). You’ll connect lifecycle performance to acquisition outcomes, ensuring a clear view of how our marketing infrastructure impacts marketplace growth.
What We Are Looking For
Hands-on experience running lifecycle marketing in a marketing automation platform (like Customer.io, Braze, Iterable, etc.).
Strong understanding of event-based marketing and customer segmentation.
Solid experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics (or BI tools like Holistics, Looker, etc.).
Experience creating or optimizing lifecycle campaign copy (email, push, in-app).
Confidence working with data: funnels, cohorts, retention curves, conversion rates, CLV.
Experience in A/B testing and performance optimization.
Proactive Problem-Solver who takes ownership of improving the customer experience through better, more systematic communication.
Native-level fluency in Finnish and professional proficiency in English.
Technical experience with CSS/HTML or SQL is a significant plus.
Familiarity with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) and an understanding of mobile attribution logic are not a must but highly valued.
