At Winona Finland, we started our journey in early 2023, and driven by our strong growth, we are now looking for a

Senior Consultant

to join our core team at Winona Finland. You will take part in our growth journey and manage client relationships, sales and executive search processes. We are looking for an experienced and ambitious professional with a commercial mindset and eagerness to find the right talent and lead client assignments in various industries. We offer you an independent and impactful role, but also full support of a collaborative team.

Finding the best fitting talent means remaining curious, creative, and consultative to solve the client’s needs. You work closely with your Winona colleagues in Finland and abroad, as well as with our sister companies. You will manage your projects and provide strategic advice to clients. In most projects, you will work closely with a dedicated researcher who supports you in mapping the candidate market. You will lead projects that originate either from your own sales efforts or from leads brought in by others - projects you or your colleagues have successfully converted into signed clients. You will have your own sales budget and KPI:s, and you are experienced not only in building strong, long-term client relationships, but also in finding and onboarding new clients to the company.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in driving sales and leading client projects in recruitment, executive search, or headhunting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong business acumen and ability to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and potential
• Driven, proactive, entrepreneurial and goal-oriented mindset

• Fluent Finnish skills and good spoken and written English
