Winona provides executive search and interim management services across Finland, Sweden, and Germany. As we launch our interim business in Finland and continue expanding our senior recruitment model, we are looking for a Consultant, Interim & Recruitment to play a key role in our growth journey. You will be involved in launching our interim services in Finland, managing search processes, and sourcing top candidates. About this position

You will take part in launching Winona’s Interim management business model in the Finnish market, and you will manage senior-level recruitment processes, including tasks such as defining requirement profiles, creating materials, screening candidates, conducting tests and interviews, and presenting longlists and shortlists to clients.

Every interim or recruitment case assigned to you should be taken care of in the very best way to make sure that the best fitting talent from the market will be found and placed for the client’s open position. You will participate in sales activities and client meetings, and you will be responsible for presenting your candidate market mapping processes to clients as well as introducing the job opportunities to candidates. You will have discussions about the positions with candidates in screening calls where you also ensure that the candidate is fulfilling requirements.

Finding the best fitting talent means remaining curious, creative, and consultative to solve the client’s needs. You work proactively to build and maintain talent pipelines, establishing contact with potential talents, exploring their background and preferences, and ensuring you can find right ways in attracting the candidates for the client’s role. You will always act on the client and candidate feedback to improve their satisfaction, ultimately with the goal to have the most satisfied clients and candidates in the industry.

You work closely with your Winona colleagues in Finland and abroad, as well as with our sister companies. This is a role where you can grow with the company and expand your skillset to the next level with the growth journey.

We are looking for

• University degree (University or University of Applied Sciences)
• Experience within recruitment and candidate sourcing or equivalent with own responsibilities
• Fluent Finnish skills and good spoken and written English

As a person you are self-sufficient, and your work structure enables you to drive your processes forward. We are looking for a person who thrives in a diverse role; you may simultaneously manage executive search research processes, handling your own client responsibilities, and working on interim assignments.

Furthermore, you focus on building strong relationships with both the client and the candidate.
